ELIGIBILITY
Our Turf Fest events are unrestricted tournaments and are open to registered competitive teams of all levels in good standing with their USSF affiliated association.  All affiliations may apply.

AGE GROUPS
u11 - u19 

DIVISIONS
Teams will be grouped according to past playing record and current league participation to make the most competitive divisions possible. The Turf Fest staff determines final placement. Our event staff uses many factors when seeding teams including league division and record, tournament results and Gotsport ranking.

TEAMS
All teams, players and coaches must be USSF affiliated for the current seasonal year. USYS or US Club Soccer rosters and pass cards are required for players and coaches to participate.

PERMISSION TO TRAVEL
If notification of travel is required by your USYS state association this form will be required at registration.

STAY TO PLAY

Our Turf Fest event is a stay to play event. Teams within a 90 mile radius of Dayton, Ohio are required to complete hotel accommodations through our travel partner Site Search. Please click here to complete your team's hotel reservations for our event.

PLAYERS AND GUEST PLAYERS
All players must be registered for the current seasonal year with their respective USSF association. Guest players must be registered with the same USSF association as the participating team and have a current player pass card. There is no limit on the number of guest players used in the event but the total number of players for each team's roster is a maximum of 22 for all age groups.

FRIDAY NIGHT MATCHES
The event may include some Friday evening matches for teams within a 90 mile radius of our Dayton, Ohio facility locations.

FORMAT
Each team will play a minimum of 3 matches in our event. Each match will include 25 minute halves for the 9v9 format and 30 minutes halves for the 11v11 format. All teams will participate in a tournament format competition with qualifying teams playing in a championship match.

PLAYING SITES
The host site for the event is the Athletes in Action Sports Complex, 1197 S. Detroit St, Xenia, Ohio 45385. The host site includes 4 lighted turf fields. Matches will also be played at additional turf locations in the greater Dayton, Ohio area including: Wright State University and several area high schools.

ONLINE APPLICATION
We utilize Gotsport tournament software for our event. The application process is quick and easy with your Gotsport username and password. Once your team's application has been accepted your application fee is nonrefundable.

TEAM REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS
Team registration documents are required to be submitted online through your team's Gotsport application. Please click here for instructions for how to upload team registration documents to your Gotsport team account for our event
